Nosike is a consultant to the firm. He was educated at the university of Ibadan and Lagos. He qualified as a lawyer in 2002 after obtaining a BSC and MSC degrees in Economics in 1983 and 2002 respectively. He earned a doctorate degree from St. Clements University, British West Indies in 2005.

He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and administrators London and Nigeria. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.

Nosike worked in private sector employment rising to the position of Group Managing Director/CEO of John Holt Plc before going into full time legal practice. He has extensive knowledge and practical experience of Nigerian law and Practice which involved banking and finance, company secretarial practice and administration, energy and natural resources and insolvency, commercial law and practice, employment and industrial relations, arbitration etc.

His experience as an administrator and sound legal practitioner stands him out. Nosike has lectured and written extensively on banking and finance, commercial arbitration and administration, employment and industrial relations and company secretarial practice. He advises on both contentious and non contentious issues.
